If the implant and the receiver match abnormally and the blue indicator is not on, possible reasons include:  

1. The implant system is not started; 

2. Battery of the implant system is exhausted; 

3. Power cord and USB cable of the receiver are connected wrongly; 

Telemetric distance of the system is too long to realize wireless transmission.
