1. Damaged USB cable may lead to malfunction of receiver. This problem can be solved through replacing cable. 

2. If power indicator is not on after USB cable of the receiver is connected correctly, abnormal operation or malfunction of receive is probable. Please contact technical support personnel to solve the problem.
